1. General Terms of Service

  • Services Offered: Den of Dogs provides dog walking, dog washing, dog sitting, and dog training services.

  • Client Responsibility: The client certifies that their dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and is in good health to participate in services. The client is responsible for informing Den of Dogs of any health or behavioral issues before the service date.

  • Dog Safety: Den of Dogs takes every precaution to care for and protect your dog. However, dogs will always be exposed to some risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all such risks.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Den of Dogs reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any dog that shows signs of aggression, illness, or poses a safety risk to staff or others.

2. Liability Disclaimer

Den of Dogs and its employees or contractors will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of your pet while in our care, unless caused by gross negligence.
